Below is a list of current invitations to tender.
This section contains all invitation to tender opinions involving supplies, services or work needed to meet Agency's requirements where the value is between €10,000 and €40,000.
These opinions state the purpose of the contract, the place of fulfilment of the service to be provided and, where applicable, the contract fulfilment term.
They also give the criteria for selecting proposals, the deadline for receipt of proposals and the contact details of the individuals to be contacted for further information.
Opinions may be accompanied by a specification for the service to be provided and a letter of consultation.
Tenders are organised by topic:
· supply tenders (hardware, scientific equipment)
· service tenders
· building and service provision tenders (premises refurbishment)

Opinions for which the deadline has passed are shown in the “Archives” section and those for which the deadline is yet to be reached are in the “current notices" section.
The French Public Procurement Contracts code, which came into force on 10 January 2004, makes provision for enhanced publicity measures for contracts to be entered into according to an appropriate procedure (articles 26, 28 and 40).
