Food composition tables



In France, the reference database on the nutritional composition of generic foods is managed by Anses, through the Observatory of food nutritional quality of the Risk Assessment Department.
It provides access to the nutritional composition of 1440 generic foods.

The nutritional data sheets provide the content for 57 components, including energy, macronutrients, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
