In France, the reference databank on the nutritional composition of generic foods is managed by Anses, through the Center on Food Quality unit of the Department for the evaluation of nutritional and health risks.
It provides access to the nutritional composition of more than 1300 generic foods.
The nutritional data sheets provide the contents for 42 ingredients.
