Bulletin Épidémiologique : (Epidemiological bulletin) In partnership with the French national food board, the epidemiological bulletin is an interchange between Anses, Directorate General for Food (DGAL) and those involved locally in the field of food hygiene, animal health and human health. It provides epidemiological information in these areas directly or indirectly related to food.
