How ?<BR><BR>As a food source at the heart of the debate about finding a balance between the risks and benefits, fish is both a source of healthy nutrients (Omega 3, vitamin D, iodine, etc.) and risks due to the presence of contaminants. Afssa's role is to protect consumer safety through its recommendations by ensuring that the overall benefits always outweigh the potential or proven risks.
